Stop scrolling for two seconds. I need help. I have everything ready in my room for Halloween.

I have it all decorated and ready to go. I have my lights up, but I can't get them to change colors.

I can't get them to strobe. No matter what I do, they won't change colors. They won't strobe.

They won't go to blue. They won't go to red. They won't do anything.

I cannot figure out why they don't work. If anybody knows why they're not working, please let me know in the comments. Thanks. Bye!
